Absolute Analysis approach to pricing

Bronze and Silver analysis

We charge projects on the basis of the time taken to complete the work.

We will provide a quote when we have reviewed the hard copy statements that need to be analysed and we confirm with you our understanding of the scope of work.

Gold analysis and commentary

Each project is different and at the outset we scope precisely what is required to ensure we meet your needs.

Where accounting commentary and questions to raise on the other side are required, we charge on an hourly basis at our standard rates. We will provide a reasoned estimate for our work prior to starting.

Factors affecting project time – Bronze and Silver analysis

Project time is impacted by a number of variables which we factor into our cost estimates. The most obvious is the volume of statements. Project time is also affected by the number of:

  • Individual bank and credit card accounts.
  • Transactions.
  • Interbank transfers.

Project time is also influenced by particular scoping characteristics such as the:

  • Threshold set for de minimis transactions.
  • Number of areas identified as being of particular concern.
  • Time intervals to be analysed and compared.

It is less time-consuming to work from statements which are of good quality. Clear statements, well printed in a conventional style can be digitised efficiently. Conversely, fuzzy data and inconsistent styles take longer to deal with. Overseas banks and multiple currency accounts tend to add complexities.
