Process

The Absolute Analysis process – Key steps.

1. Scoping the project

We agree the scope of the analysis from the outset, ensuring that we understand the case issues and deadlines. This is usually by telephone.

We agree with you the information you will provide. This includes bank and credit card statements, and additional information such as Form E so we have some background to the case.

Sometimes a legal team needs an urgent turnaround. We are fast, responsive and used to meeting tight time-lines and Court dates.

2. Confirming the brief

You provide us with hard copy bank and credit card statements, sending them through DX Exchange.

Alternatively, if you have bank data which has been downloaded into Excel spreadsheets, or electronic copies of statements as PDF documents, you can email these to us.

When we have reviewed the hard copies, we provide a costing and flag up any issues such as missing statements or poor quality copies.

We confirm our understanding of the brief in writing, setting out our interpretation of your needs, the planned outputs and the expected delivery date.

3. Analysis and reporting

We digitally process hard copy statements. We then clean and extract the key data so it can be analysed.

Chartered Accountants with a good understanding of the divorce process undertake detailed analysis and interpretation.

Reports are carefully formatted to present the data and observations in a way that is easy for the legal team to assimilate.

Reports are emailed to you in Word or PDF format so you can share them with others involved in the case.

We provide two hard copy reports for you and the lay client to review.

Excel spreadsheets of data are made available if requested.

The flexibility of our formats enables you to integrate our data into your own documents, and to change individual parts of a report or spreadsheet as a case evolves.

5. Completion

We invoice the instructing solicitor when we issue the report.

When the project is complete, the hard copy bank and credit card statements are securely shredded, or returned via secure delivery if requested.
